New Film Release: Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610 by the Choir of ·¬ºÅ¿âapp
The Choir has released a new film capturing a remarkable performance of Claudio Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610. Alongside the Choir, the performance features an ensemble of distinguished musicians, including ·¬ºÅ¿âapp alumni Nicholas Mulroy, Elizabeth Kenny and Margaret Faultless.
The film was recorded live during a sell-out concert in April 2024 at Sinfonia Smith Square in London, and produced by Honorary Fellow and former Director of Music, Sir John Rutter.
